




| Courtney Kissel Owner/Founder Courtney Kissel has worked with special needs children since 1998. In addition to her many years of experience as an ABA Therapist and Autism Habilitator, Courtney holds a degree in Child Development. Giggles Therapy was founded out of Courtney’s desire to provide social skills development opportunities for her private clients and based on the belief that each child learns differently and that therapy and teaching methods must be adapted to each individual. Each program is designed to give the children involved the tools to reach their full potential. Daniel Rodriguez Director of Operations Daniel Rodriguez has been working with kids with special needs since 2002. His passion to help families in need show through his commitment to Giggles Therapy and the level of care for the clients here. He has been the Social Skills Coordinator, technical support, maintenance man, and has even done some work for the non-profit entity of Giggles Therapy, Giggles ATC. He is proud to be a part of Giggles Therapy and what we do here.. Jessica Cearley Lead Teacher for LadyBugs Jess Cearley is our Lead Teacher for the Ladybugs Classroom. Jess has a deep passion for special needs children and strives to help them reach their full potential. She received her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and two certifications in Child Development from Weatherford College in 2004. Jess is married and has two children Praise 4 and Judah 2. She is 100% dedicate to the kids and families of Giggles and can't wait to see what the future holds. Brandi Rodriguez Director-Weatherford Location Brandi Rodriguez is our Director of our upcoming Weatherford Location. Brandi has a huge heart to help kids and families in need and really has a servants heart. She has worked for Giggles Therapy for 5 years and recently left for a short amount of time. She is married to the most amazing man in the world, and has 3 beautiful little girls. She is proud to be coming back to Giggles Therapy and is dedicated to the success of all of our kids and families. Bethany Weber Lead Teacher Bethany is a new addition to the office staff, and is our new office manager. She has been working in the office environment for 3 years, but has longed to work with kids. Her new position allows her to combine her experience with her passion. She will be finishing up her degree and obtain her BCBA soon, and hopes to remain at Giggles Therapy to serve the community. Jana Howell Lead Therapist Jana has been working with children who have Autism for over 5 years. She is our Lead Therapist, and has a passion as well as a calling to work with special needs kids. She works with all kids at Giggles Therapy in a one on one setting and target programs in an ABA learning style. She was Giggles Therapy's first employee and is a true asset to the company. Brooke Pickens Office Assistant Brooke has many years experience in childcare, and has brought her basic knowledge to Giggles Therapy where she hopes to expand her knowledge as the Data Teacher. She is currently attending school for her Bachelors Degree in Education. Brooke has a great personality and consistency that is so important for our kids here at Giggles. Susan Buster After School Program Coordinator Susan comes to us from Castleberry ISD, where she works in the Life Skills classroom. She has been working with special needs children for over 10 years.
